El ingreso de visitantes a establecimientos de hospedaje, hace referencia exclusivamente a los registros de en-
trada de huéspedes en los establecimientos, señalando básicamente la cantidad de clientes que hicieron uso del
servicio de alojamiento, independientemente del número de días que permanecieron en ellos.
En promedio, en el periodo 2006 – 2016 se registraron 541.795 visitantes extranjeros y 1.323.487 turistas nacio-
nales, es decir, más del doble del turismo receptivo captado.
